"In this clip we're going to start the basics of a front flip, and it's combining these simple tricks, one after another, to do a front flip, as we get more advanced. So in this clip, I'm going to do a knee drop and connect it with forwards motion to a C drop and back to my feet. So it's taking two very simple drops, adding a bit of a flip. Now in the first one, I'm going to touch my hands to the ground to keep me safe. So I go knee drop, hands, C drop. It's a bit more difficult when you touch your hands but it assures that your head won't get smashed. So I'm going to show it without the hands; it's a little easier to work, like that. Knee drop, C drop, stand. And you notice again, I'm hardly doing any bounce at all. Knee drop, C drop, stand. And I showed it to you in a tuck position, and I can show you the very same trick in a pike position to a stand. Alright, it's nice and easy. In fact, there's one step even easier than that; I'll add a back drop to it. Knee drop, back drop, C drop, stand. Knee drop, back drop, C drop, stand. Quite simple."
