"For me, the most fun drop of all, is the Back Drop. There are two kinds of back drops, a Flat Back Drop, and a Just Upper Body Back Drop. The Upper Body Back Drop, is the one you'll learn first. Imagine Charlie Brown and Lucy. Lucy pulls the ball away. Charlie kicks and misses, to his back, and back up. Now, I prefer to let my head hit , because I control the bounce a little bit. Kick, drop, nice and easy. It's possible to do the same bounce without allowing your head to hit, but as you could hear from my voice, that the moment I hit the trampoline, there's a tremendous strain, to keep the back up, your head off the ground. If you allow your head to touch exactly with the rest of your body, there's no stress at all. There you go. Now, that trick is not so hard, but again, you don't want to go too far back and land like that, or not far enough, and land like that, because if you land like this, he goes whip, and if you land like this, it's possible to go that way. Again, I prefer not to show those wipe outs."
