"The next bounce is very, very important. It's a Front Drop, but of all the bounces, the Front and the Back Drop, can be very dangerous. I'm going to show you by simply lying down. This is the best way to figure it out, just lay down on the trampoline. Your hands are in front of you to keep your face, off of the bed.Your face does not hit. The entire rest of your body touches the trampoline. Now, when I teach this, I teach first a Dog Drop, and then a Front Drop, and then feet. That way, if I land in a front drop like this, my knees before my back, I'm going to go, and I don't want to show you what that looks like, or if I land leaning forward, and my face first, and then it's going to go, and again, I'd prefer not to show you that mistake, so like all the beginning bounces, no jump at all, just standing there. A Dog Drop, a Front Drop, a Dog Drop, a Front Drop, and back to my feet. Once again, a Dog Drop, a Front Drop, back to my feet, and now the test, can I do it over and over and over, without losing bounces? Front Drop, Front Drop, Front Drop, feet."
