"In this clip, we're going to talk about the Dog Drop. There's a lot of basic drops, and you need to learn all of these drops. Perhaps, you might be flying in the air, in an advance trick, and you don't land on your feet. You need to know all the different drops, and your options to land on the ground, when you come down. Now, the Dog Drop is a lot like the Knee Drop, except you put your hands down. Normally, it's done the lengthwise, but I'm going to show you the widthwise, so you can see it better. I just simply go, hands and feet, hands, and knees, in the Dog Drop Position, and like all the beginning bounces, I do it without a jump at all. Just standing on the trampoline, hands, and knees. Now, common mistakes, are not touching the hands and knees exactly at the same time, and I'll show you two different variations, knees first, then hands first. Knees, hands, just kind of a whip action, and my glasses fell off. Now, I'm going to show you hands, knees. Hands, knees, and I have trouble getting back to my feet, so you need to get on your hands and knees, exactly at the same time, hands and knees, and again, the test is can you do it several times in a row, and still get back to your feet? Dog Drop, Dog Drop, Dog Drop, feet."
