"The seat drop is one of the most popular bounces in trampoline. In fact, there is a game called "Seat Wars" that many kids in the gyms around the country and the world play. It is simply landing on your rear end in a seated position, and back up again, with your hands at your sides. Straight legs, and push. Again you noticed I am learning all these bounces, these drops, without any bounce at all. In the beginning you don't want to be out of control and fly off the trampoline. So, you can just stand there and bop and back up. Again, like in the knee drop, all these drops it is very important that the back stays vertical and straight, so you don't get whiplash in your back. You also noticed, my hands touched the trampoline right next to my hips, and push myself back up. Now in all of these drops, it is possible to do the drop again and again and again. And, that is a good test to see if you are doing it correctly. Because, if you are doing it four or five times in a row, and you loose bounce, you are not necessarily doing it right. So, here's several seat drops in a row. And seat drop, and seat drop, and seat drop, and seat drop, and seat drop, and you can see I continue to bounce easily enough to get back to my feet. Now the game I mentioned is just going: seat drop, feet, seat drop, feet. How long can you do that?"
