"Hi, I'm Linda Wooldridge. How do you sign up for homeschooling? In Orlando state will depend a great deal on where you live. You can find up out the homeschooling laws for every state on the website for home school legal defense. They have a United States map and you just click on your state and it will tell you what the law is for your state. One word of caution, they are lawyers, they do right illegally, so may have to read it once or twice before you really understand the law for your state. I live in Florida and in our state, we have to contact our local system and let them know that we are planning on homeschooling our children and once we've filed that paper work, once a year I have to send in copies of my kids evaluations to show that we did something during the year. Some states will require you to keep attendance logs and some states will require that you affiliate with a local school. There are usually schools design specifically for home schoolers so that you can meet that requirement. So, your first step will be to check online, either through home school legal defense or to search on how to home school in whatever state you live in. And then after that, meet those requirements and make sure you've checked all of them because you may have requirements after you've registered with your school system. However, you do it, I hope you have a wonderful homeschooling year. I'm Linda Wooldridge."
