on 12/16/2008 There is the product called Yellow No More, by NailAid that works like a dream to whiten yellow nails. Not that you can't do what she says in this video, but I can't stand Hydrogen peroxide, or the smell of Lemon Juice. You can find this product at www.nailaidcares.com. And as an added bonus, this product also doesn't contain any harsh chemicals that could affect your health.

"Today we're going to talk about how to remove yellow stains from nails. First you need to determine what is causing the stains. Sometimes it can be from smoking, sometimes it can be from medication, sometimes it can be from the color of your polish, or not using a base coat. What I'm going to do first here is I'm going to go ahead and just take and lightly buff the top to see if it's not something that is maybe in her polish, and then I'm going to go ahead and buff it with the black. OK, and as you can see in her case I think it was mainly from not either using a base coast, or reapplying polish and not removing. If she's not removing the polish completely off each time and just touching up with polish, that a lot of times will cause that to happen. So just buffing alone took some of that off. Another thing you can do is take an orange wood stick, or birch wood stick, a little piece of cotton, and twist it up on there, and take and dip it in to a three percent hydrogen peroxide, and just go underneath and all around the nail. And that will also help. If you don't have hydrogen peroxide, another way you can just go in to your kitchen cabinet and if you have lemon juice, soak your nails in some lemon juice for just a couple of minutes, you don't want to go for too long, and you just want to do the actual nail itself. But that's how you can remove yellow stains from your nails."
