"Hi today we are going to determine how to grow your nails long and that is going to be based on first of all your diet, keeping them manicured, keeping the cuticles pushed back and just lifestyle. You don't want to take and if you see something scrape at it or use them as screwdrivers. I always tell everybody they're jewels not tools and if you can't grow them after you have tried all of those you can try different strengtheners. First you must determine what type of nail you have. Is it dry, it is oily? Then you continue on with that for a couple of weeks and just see if that is working. If that is not working you might want to go to an artificial nail. Another thing you may want to look at when trying to grow your nails is your matrix is back here and back in here that is what actually feeds the nails so what you might want to do is take some cuticle cream or oil and then just massage that gently and it's going to stimulate growth and circulation and sometimes that is all you really need. Some people have cold hands and you find that the beds turn a little blue and it just needs a little bit of massage and it might help to grow your nails for you."
