"So I bet you are wondering how much do astronauts really make and what type of benefits do they get? Hi my name is Jena Hartman, owner of Promozone Live, an employment agency here in Florida. We are going to show you how to research salaries and benefits for an astronaut. First and foremost most likely you have a background in aviation or are a scientist or maybe you just like to research on becoming an astronaut and the salaries and benefits. Now there is a number one resource in the United States for astronauts or people aspiring to be astronauts and that would be the national government website, that is nasa.gov. On there you can get some details and information on becoming an astronaut as well as there is a public relations telephone number you can call in order to set up a tour and get a behind the scenes experience of what it is like at NASA. Now what I would do is make sure you need to replay this clip and get that nasa.gov, nasa.gov and that is pretty much the only place or the number one resource for becoming an astronaut and finding the salaries and benefits."
