How to Research Salary Ranges & Benefits for a Social Worker

"I bet you are wondering how much do social workers really make and do they get any benefits? My name is Jena Hartman, owner of Promazone Live, an employment agency here in Florida. We are going to show you today how to research salaries and benefits for a social worker. First and foremost if you know anybody in the industry, that would be the first place I would look for the salaries and benefits. It will give you a little bit more detail as for what they start at, what salary they are at now and if there is any room for moving up in that industry, as in for the social working. As well as for benefits you want to see if you'll be able to get full benefits for you and maybe you have a family that you are needing to take care of. Now if you don't have somebody in the industry you can ask and refer to you want to continue searching on line and go into search engines for the National Association of Social Workers as well as there is a wonderful website, it is a government website, the bls.gov. On there you can get the career descriptions, training and education and most importantly, salaries and benefits and as we have explained here today that is the way you can research salaries and benefits.
