How to Apply Pencil Eyeliner

"Hi, I'm Kim Haertl, with Simply Beautiful, in Austin, Texas. One of the most common questions we have, is how to just apply the pencil eyeliner to the eye. Let me just start with a neutral eyeliner, I have a dark brown. Alright, tilt your head up, close please. We're just going to start in the middle of the eye and work towards the inside. Just taking short strokes along the way. You don't need to pull your eye, just little dabs. Open, look up. And then starting on the outside, bringing it, with the short strokes, into the center. You want to kind of stop, just about where the outside of your iris is. Close. Just keep it close to the lash line, if you you can. And, you want to blend your pencil liner, just so it looks softer. Open. And that's how to apply pencil eyeliner."
