How to Customize Your Friendster Profile

"Hi, I'm Tod Amazeen. I've been an internet business consultant for fifteen years. I'm going to show you how to customize your Friendster profile. Once you're logged into your Friendster profile, will your mouse over the My Profile selection in the menu bar and click on edit profile. Scroll down and in the My Profile section click on customize and the first customization we're going to do is to change the skin. The skin affects the background colors, appearance of text, etcetera within your profile. You can change the skin simply by clicking on the select button below the skin that you want. For this demonstration I'm going to click on select below blue memory. Now if we click on view your profile now, you'll see that your changes have been saved. And your profile has been customized. The next way to customize your profile is once again to go to My Profile and click on edit profile. Click on customize. Now scroll down and select the no skin custom CSS. That's necessary before we customize the CSS further. Now scroll down the page and click on customize with CSS editor within the advanced customization tab. This website will allow us to change a number of settings for your background as well as your text and other aspects of the appearance of your page. For this demonstration I'm just going to change the background page background color by clicking on the button here and choosing a color from the selection. When you're done changing all the options that you want to change, scroll down to the bottom and click on generate Friendster code. Select all of the text within this window, the easiest way is to click on control A. And then control copy. And now return to your Friendster profile. Place your cursor in the customize CSS box and paste the text that you just copied into this box. When you're done, scroll down and click on save. If you choose, you can also add video and music to your profile by typing in the URL that points directly to the music or video file that you want to play in the add media box.
