Video Transcript

"My name is Gabriela Garzon and I work with G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting in Miami, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about etiquette and international travel. You have to approach international travel like you have been invited to your boss' home, where you have to behave, be sensitive, dress appropriately, and respect others around you because you want to look good. The same thing goes when you have international traveling. You have to remember that you're going to another culture, and that you need to accommodate to their culture. You are the one visiting, remember. They should not try and accommodate to your style. You have to also have an open mind and remember that it's going to be completely different. It's a different pace of life and a different pace of business. You also have to try and remember, you should try to remember some words, so that way you look like you're really trying and they will really appreciate what you're doing. So just go ahead and show interest and of course be open minded to whatever comes in this new experience, as it is international traveling. Again, this is Gabriela Garzon at G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting."
