"My name is Gabriela Garzon, and I work with G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting in Miami, Florida. In this clip, we're going to talk about etiquette during a business trip. The first thing that we should all have in mind is that we are not alone. We're going to an airport that is full of people and, of course, we're getting into an airplane that is full of people that we don't know or they may be our colleagues or even our own boss. We have to remember, at all times, when we're dealing with business, you're representing your company. If you're going to the airport, you have to dress appropriately. Yes, you can be very comfortable, but you can still look business casual because you're representing the company. And once you...once you get to the place that you're supposed to arrive, you're going into an airport where other people are expecting you and you're arriving into a hotel where other colleagues can be expecting you as well. Another thing that we have to remember to take in mind is that you need to have an agenda of everything that's going to happen so, that way, you'll be on time and be prepared at all moments during this business trip. You should be also self-reliable and not expect your boss or other people from the company to do arrangements for yourself. This is Gabriela Garzon at G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting."
