Basically we have to treat each people just the way we like to be treated. Either in our personal life, or in business. When we are having business etiquette we have to remember that we are representing the company and our own professionalism. We always have to have that in mind. So some of the things that include business etiquette are business dinners, handshakes, introductions, business cards, different meetings, business trips and so on. Many other things that we have to learn in business etiquette. But generally speaking being polite, respectful and having courtesy to others is the basic of having business etiquette. And of course we have to remember that if we are in a business we have to have certain knowledge that have to do with that type of business, which includes a certain type of etiquette knowledge. Things just like introducing yourself to others as soon as you meet them is a very important, keeping eye contact and remembering always to say your name and who you work for are paramount when you are applying business etiquette in any situation.
