"My name s Gabriela Garzon and I work with G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting in Miami, Florida. In this clip we're going to talk about wedding etiquette. Basically, a wedding, a wedding gift is a social event, is a social obligation. So as soon as you receive your wedding invitation, regardless if you attend the wedding or not, you should provide a wedding gift. A wedding gift has to be with the relationship that you have with the newlyweds and of course your financial capabilities. You all, all the thing that you have to do is pick from a list, a wedding gift that the newlyweds wants to get. Another thing that we have to remember is that, the wedding gift should be provided either, when the wedding, the wedding date or as close to the wedding date as possible. You should not wait after the wedding date, unless somebody else is sick or of any other reason, you couldn't have the chance to take it. You should not wait a year and a half or two years. You should tend it as soon as the wedding date it happening. Another thing to remember is that, nowadays you can send the wedding gift, of course as we know, to the bride's home or her parents; or you can also send it to the groom's or his parents; or just the couple's home. All we have to remember is that you just have to choose something that the newlyweds wants to get. Again, this is Gabriela Garzon with G.G. Image & Etiquette Consulting."
