"Trimming your toenails is important. You want to make sure that you have the desired length so that you won't cause any type of injury to your nails while you have shoes on. Hi. I'm beauty expert, Jackie O, and today we will discuss how to trim your toenails. You want to first make sure that you have on the proper equipment. You want to make sure that you have on gloves to protect your hands from any type of pedicure services, as you would follow in your sanitation procedures. You also want to make sure that you have the proper tools, which is a toenail clipper big enough to maintain toenails. You want to take the toenail clipper and apply it only to the free edge of the toenail. You want to take small nips into the free edge of the toenail until you reach your desired length. You want to follow this same procedure on to each toenail, making sure that you have the same length that you're removing from each toenail. Taking small nips will allow you to do this.
