"Hi, I'm Teri, and in this segment, we're going to be talking about how to take care of your hair. Now, if you want nice, shiny, healthy hair, like Angela's here, you have to do a few things. FIrst of all, if you go out in the sun, make sure you usually use a UV protectant shampoo and conditioner, or you can buy a spray that will just coat over your hair, also gives it shine, too. And that will protect the UV rays from damaging your hair. Also, you don't want to over process it, so try to stay away from the straightening irons, the curling irons, the blow dryers, and much as possible. Now, you want to make sure you don't over wash it as well, every second to third day, if you don't have oily hair, is optimal, and also, if you go swimming in chlorine water, you might want to use a bathing cap. Or make sure you rinse your hair out thoroughly afterwards. So those are a few tips to help you keep long, healthy, natural looking hair as long as possible."
