"Hi, I'm Teri, and in this segment we're going to do how to do Vintage hairstyles. I'm going to take you from the fifties all the way to the eighties with Ponytails. So we're going to start with, in the nineteen fifties, people wore really nice, high, high Ponytails. Lots of volume. You're going to take your hair and comb it out. You're going to gather it in the nape of the neck and you're going to keep bunching it higher and higher until you get yourself a nice high Ponytail. Alright, at the top of the crown. Don't be afraid to go too high. You can always take it a little lower. Pull it so it's tight and we have our nice, high fifties Ponytail here. And now taking it into the sixties, Pigtails were huge. So we're going to go ahead and split the hair into two, we're going to find the nice natural separation within your hair, into two pieces. Now, it doesn't have to be too perfect, too exact. Especially in the sixties, everything was a little bit looser, a little bit more casual. And you want nice low Ponytails, making sure that they're even. We have a nice, really cute sixties Pigtails. And in the seventies, they went ahead. Braids were really big, so you can go ahead and braid your Pigtails or make one big braid. And with the eighties, the side Ponytail was really big. So you want to pick the side that you feel most comfortable with, and again, well you see it was actually pretty high. Similar to the fifties. This is a really cute look. And I'll swivel her around. And that's hairstyles from the fifties, sixties, seventies, and eighties for you."
