"Hi I'm Teri and in this segment we are going to be talking about how to grow long hair. Now there's three tips that I'm going to give you. The first one is the nice simple scalp massage. And you can do this on yourself or you can have a partner do this for you. And all I'm doing is I'm starting with the nape of the neck, I'm taking my fingertips and I'm just working in a circular motion. Up the scalp to the top and then back down. I'm going to demonstrate here on Angela. And you want to put, apply a little bit of pressure in there. Similar to what a hairdresser does when they are washing your hair for you. You can also do it right on the top too. If you do that two to five minutes every day or a couple of times a week you are going to see an improvement in hair growth because it's, what it does is it's stimulates the scalp and allows for more oxygen and just greater stimulation to the hair follicles. As well you want to do proper nutrition, the healthier you are eating the healthier your hair is and the faster it grows. You'll also notice that with your fingernails, your toenails as well as your hair. And my third advice for you is horse tail pills.
