"I'm Ryan McCann, and I'm going to talk to you about how to play Flag Football. Flag Football is the same thing as regular football except you don't tackle. The way you stop an offensive player from advancing the ball is not by tackling them to the ground. It is by grabbing their flag off their hip. Flags are made of anything from rubber to plastic to cloth, and they are attached to the hip either by some kind of Velcro or button system. Usually, seven players at a time but it can go up to eleven. Point systems are the same with Flag Football and regular football. The Flag Football point system is six points for a touch down, three points for a field goal, one point for an extra point, two points for an extra point, and two points for a safety. Yeah, you can, depending on the size of your field, you might say, you know what, let's make it three downs. Let's make it three down to get ten yards or hey let's just make it three, four downs, just to score. You get three trys. If you don't score in that time, you get the ball. Yeah, you can make up any rules you want. If you want to play Flag Football, you can score it however you want. Hey, I'm going to run down, and if I run in the end zone, I get a point. If you stop me, you get the ball and you get a chance to turn a point. It's whatever yo want, really."
