"Do you ever get the feeling like your partner just isn't telling you or giving you what you need during sex? I'm Virginia Intelisano, registered intern with the state of Florida. I'm a mental health counselor, and I'm here to talk to you about how you can communicate better about sex with your loved one. One thing you want to stay away from is communicating with your partner during the act of sex. A much better time is after sex, or when you're just doing something during the day that has nothing to do with sex, maybe when you're out to eat or after work. One other thing that you can focus on also is using the sense of touch. Touching can be used to your benefit during sex, and it can bring the two of you closer together. Sometimes people forget about touching and being intimate, being sensual, and get right to the act of sex with out a lot of fore play. Kissing, nuzzling, and just being nice to each other during sex is a good way to effectively communicate and get what you want out of sex. If you have any other questions or concerns about this, please contact a local mental health professional in your area. Believe me, your safety and your sanity is imperative. Have a great day."
