"Do you have a loss of interest in sex? I'm Virginia Intelisano, mental health counselor, registered intern with the state of Florida. And I'm here to talk to you about why our libido decreases and how foods and vitamins from foods can help increase our libido. Magnesium, zinc, essential fatty acids and vitamin B can all help increase a woman's libido. Essential fatty acids are extremely important in the development of female hormones. Vitamin B is critical for brain development. Magnesium helps with our metabolism. And zinc rich foods help with our adrenal activity, which is where pheromones come from and how we are attracted to the opposite sex, or the same sex for that matter. So keep a healthy diet and make sure you have plenty of vitamins to help you in increasing your brain function and keeping that sex drive alive. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a local mental health professional doctor or nutritionist in your area. Believe me, your safety and your sanity is imperative."
