Now, first thing is, remember, when applying eyeshadow, you want to start off softly. Don't go in too heavy with your product because it will smear and smudge and it'd be difficult to get off if you apply too much. Remember, if you have blue eyes, you might want to stick with a blue liner or a blue eyeshadow to help enhance the color of your eye. This well actually create a bluer eye and a more clear blue, if that's what you're trying to achieve. Now, if you have blue eyes, and you want to enhance them, make sure to use eyeliner, mascara, and a blue eyeshadow.
