"Hi. Today we're going to show you how to apply makeup like a movie star. My name is Sylvia Russell. Now, movie stars have professionals parading around them all the time, something that common folks like us don't have, so I'm going to give you a few tips on how to get a great movie star look. Remember, apply your makeup very clean and freshly, using a foundation over the entire skin, making sure that it's very even. Don't apply too much foundation. We want it to look soft and supple. We want your skin to be able to breathe. Next thing is to make sure that you use an eyeliner around the eye using a very soft pencil or powder liner. Create a really beautiful eye line around the eye. This is going to enhance the eye area and make your eyes really pop. Now, one common mistake is that we apply our eyeliner too heavy. This is something we don't want to do. Remember that your eyeshadow should be clean and fresh. Nothing too heavy because if you're going out for the day, you want it to look very natural. If you like, and you're going out for the evening and you want to enhance your eyes, go ahead and apply a little bit more pencil to the lid creating a smokey look and enhancing the eye area. Remember, this is for evening only and smokey eyes are for the night and not for the day. Okay, open that.
