"Hi, you've come at a right time. We're about to add some hair extensions to my client. So the best question of the day is how to apply clip in hair extensions. First thing you want to make sure is that your hair extensions has clips on them. And as you can see, these have little clips that open and close, like so. Now this is one type of hair extension but they come in many shapes and sizes and colors. I'm using a darker one just so you can actually see how it goes into the hair. Now, what you want to do is, this has a little comb on it and it also clips and opens. And many of you have probably have these on some berets or little combs that you have at home. What you do is you simply take it, put it down into the hair and close it. You take another one, put it down into the hair and you close it. And you follow this process all the way across the hair, like so; and as you can see, it's holding up very well. Then when you get it all in, you would simply lay your hair down on top of the hair extensions, thus creating fuller, more beautiful, longer hair. And this even gives her the appearance of dark and light highlights. So it's a great way to add some depth to your hair.
