"Hi, I'm Terry and in this segment, I'm going to show you how to paint your toenails. Now I've gone ahead and painted four of my little toes already, but I have to paint my big toe still. So first, now with toenails, personally, don't let them get too long and then paint them. Long toenails painted or not just don't look good. So keep them short and I also recommend switching toenail polish every couple of months not only to keep up with the latest colors, but also to give your nails time to breath in between. I usually take about a week off between toenails with switching colors so that your nails actually get a chance to be exposed to air and breath. So of course I've chosen this really crazy wild bright purple. It's really fun. Now the key is not to put too much polish onto your brush, specially with a bright color. See how very light it is? That way if I mess up at all and I get some on my toe, it's really easy to just take my finger, if I get it on the skin and just brush it away. Now once I've, I always start in the middle and then with the brush I delicately go to all the edges in the sides. Once, I've successfully done that, then I can add a little bit more paint to my brush the second time around and start to get that nice and dark finish. You want to wait about an hour in between coats. I do about two coats, I let it dry and sometime to add one more. And if you want to keep your toenail polish to last longer, add a top coat, a clear top coat and that will keep it from chipping. And that's how to paint your toenails."
