"Having trouble getting your child to sleep through the night? Well, this can start an early age and I'm going to give you some tips. My name is Vickie Wheaton and I'm going to help you get your child to sleep through the night. First of all, your child might take the proper naps during the daytime. If they're in infant ages, then they take two naps. If not, then they only take one nap. It depends on the age of the child that the time that they go to bed. If your child is going to bed at nine o'clock, you must make sure that they do not go to sleep any time after five, that way that they can go to sleep when it comes bedtime so that way you can get your proper sleep. The tips that I would suggest to you from raising my children would be make sure that they have a well, a well meal, and that after that, then they get their bath and everything, and your loving time in. After that, then you lay them down in their crib in their room and let them feel comfortable with some music. If the child does not go to sleep right away, you may want to go in and comfort them. If that does not work, do not remove them from the room. Continue to just comfort them and give them love, and eventually they will become familiar with going to sleep and sleeping all night. My name is Vickie Wheaton and that was tips on getting your baby to sleep through the night."
