"Do you enjoy using facial masks but wonder how often to use them? My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley's Skin Solutions. I'm going to talk to you about how often to use facial masks. There are so many facial masks out on the market today. We can have them for oily skin, dry skin, normal skin. They are an excellent tool for keeping your skin looking fresh and young. So, absolutely it's a must in your facial routine. I would recommend using them at least once a week. But, if you can use it twice a week. When you take a shower keep your mask in there in a sealed container. Exfoliate if you can with a wash rag at least or if you have a gentle scrub. That would be great too. The go ahead and apply your mask. Leave it on there while your washing your hair. Giving yourself a little body scrub. That's great. Let it stay on there for at least ten minutes. All that steam in the shower is going open up those pores and really draw in that mask. So, twice a week. Think of it when your taking your trash out. Taking the trash out of your skin too. You do that on Tuesday and Friday. Do your mask on Tuesday and Friday. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley's Skin Solutions. That is how often you should use a facial mask."
