"Stair stringers prior to steps. I have got my stringers in, I've got my step on here to see how level it is, that is a big big thing. You need to go back level on your other ones to see how they are doing. I attached these 2 X 12's on the outside for extra strength and to hide the ends of the geo here because they are hollow and that way it gives it a nice finished look, it is very sturdy, it is all working out well and you just have to make sure you get them fastened really really good up here. I'm going to have to block underneath these instead of just putting hanger straps on there. The bottom of the stringers are just sitting on wooden blocks now just temporarily so we know where to put our concrete pad in here and then we are going to take the concrete and work it on down and we are going to have three steps that go down the concrete and out to the driveway. So we are done with the leveling and the temporary down here. We just have to bring our 4 X 4's and attach them to the sides with both sleeves on them on this side and that side in the middle, one on each side on the bottom, take your stair rails, 6 foot long kits, cut your collars, put your collars on, put your spindles back in, put your rail on with stainless steel screws and your railing is done. We are also going to take the traditional, I forgot that, to put in for all the steps here and we are going to use one for the face also."
