Again, each thing I show you needs to be done ten thousand times. Don't cut corners, take your time. The fun is in doing the flips, don't be in such a hurry to move to the next step, after all, safety is the most important thing. Don't want to fly off the trampoline now, do you? So, here's back flips with no bounces in between, and I want you to notice, I start off really low, and each back flip gets higher. So that means that I'm driving down and adding bounce, that's a good sign. If your back flips don't get higher and higher, perhaps they're not done correctly. So here you go, starting with almost no bounce. I was quite high rather quickly, with in three bounces I was easily high enough to do a double back, although I resisted the urge, because I don't want you throwing double backs just quite yet, even though you might actually be ready to. So, take each step one step at a time. Take is slowly, you will get the tricks you want in time.
