"HI, this is Richard Goms. We're here in Murray, Utah, talking about general car care. We're going to...we're going to talk today about how to install a license plate. Now, in some states, there are only one license plate that goes on the back, and in other states, they require two license plates -- one in the front and one in the back. Now, on this car, this is the front license plate. You get your license plates in a package from the DMV, you open the package up, you take out the license plate, and then what you do is you take your two screws and you install... You can turn it in a little bit by hand, get the holes lined up. You don't want to tighten one screw before you tighten the other because it may not...the other hole might not line up. So you screw in the license plate with just a plain screwdriver. Or in this case, you can get a socket that'll go on there. And there, you've installed your license plate. Now, if this were the rear license plate, you would also have a sticker, in most states, that goes on the one corner, either the right-hand corner or the left-hand corner of the plate that has to be replaced every year two...or two years."
