"This is called Caribbean Champagne. Go ahead and fill your champagne glass up, I would say half full, maybe a little bit more than half full, I like champagne. Yeah that looks good. Now we're going to do half an ounce of creme de banana, our banana liqueur. Then we're going to do half an ounce of white rum, hence the Caribbean. So white rum and banana - oh that smells so good - banana liqueur, and then a dash of bitters, that's good right there. Now - my champagne needs to be filled up a little bit more, see? Sometimes you need to eyeball it and then figure it out. I'm going to take a stirry straw, yeah, get it all bubbly. That's a good trick, if you're just about to serve a drink and it doesn't still have the fun fizz sound and look that it did when you just made it, take a stirry straw, look at this, I'll show you this closer. Stir it on up, and you're good to go. That is your Caribbean Champagne. Happy Valentine's Day."
