Video Transcript

"This cocktail is called a Tazan Mistletoe. Go ahead, put your ice in your glass. Now you might say to me, Tara Mistletoe, it's not Christmas anymore, it's Valentine's Day, well I say to you, break out the mistletoe on Valentine's Day. You can never get enough free kisses, right? We're going to do an ounce of tequila, this is eighteen-hundred, but you can use any tequila that you would like. And we're going to do a half an ounce of triple sec, which is just an orange liqueur, and it goes. And then we're going to do a half an ounce of pomegranate juice. Whoa, that's about a half an ounce, like that. You know what, I like pomegranate juice and I like the color. So I'm adding more. So I say an ounce of pomegranate juice, because it's a nice color. Shake it all up. Now that that is shaken up you're going to get your champagne flute, your champagne flute like so, and then you're going to strain this, and the best is yet to come. You get to fill this with champagne. So there you go, strain that right on in there, I know that's a slow pour, I'm trying to get it all out, like so, and then top the rest off with a champagne, and that is your Tazan Mistletoe. Happy Valentine's Day!"
