"Hi. They say once you learn how to ride a bike you never forget. But, not everyone knows how to buy a bike. I'm Mukie Maxwell from Gregg's Green Lake in Seattle and we're going to go over a few basics on how to buy a bicycle. So first things first, think about what you're going to be doing with your bicycle. Are you going to be commuting on it? Are you going to be using it mainly for fitness, recreation? Are you going to be going mountain biking? So first things first, think of what you really want to mainly be doing and look at those bikes first. But the most important thing is to just go down to your local bike shop and designate an hour, hour and a half to just try out a few different bicycles, few different brands, models, a few different price points and just try to get an idea of what's going to work for you. Because once you go out on a few test rides, things really do start to clear up. These have been a few ideas on how to buy a bicycle. I'm Mukie Maxwell from Gregg's. Have fun."
