"Hi, I'm Jeremy with Gregg's Cycles and I'm here to help you figure out what might be the best frame size for you. Lots of different bikes out there. You've got bikes for commuting, you've got mountain bikes, you've got cruisers, you've got road bikes. We're going to talk mostly about road bikes because it's probably where you need to have the right fit. Fit is really the most important thing. Use to be that you'd put your leg over a bar, when you lifted the bike up underneath you, and if you had an inch of clearance between you and the bike, you we're good. Any more with the slope top tube that you've got on these bikes, that doesn't matter as much. What really matters is the position that you have between here and here on your bike, and how comfortable that fit is for you, and the application that your riding. If you're going to be racing, maybe you need to be in a much more aggressive position. If you're going to be commuting or touring, you might want to be in a higher position. So, figure out how tall you are. Most of you probably know that, and you can start there. But know that you're going to have to go into a bike shop and they're going to have to put you on a few bikes and you're going to have to ride a few bikes to really get a good feel. So start there and you'll be able to figure out what size of bike, or what size of frame that you're looking for. I'm Jeremy at Gregg Cycles and that's it."
