"You know we really ought to clean this up, I tell you I.. Oh, hi. Today we're going to teach you how to clean your computer up, I mean porn pop ups. Well uh I'm, well why would you ask me? I wouldn't know how to do these obviously, you know these aren't the types of things that I should be assoc.. I don't know. I don't know man, I don't know. How to clean your computer of porn pop ups? Well, it's quite a complicated procedure. You're going to have to do an entire stature one detection program followed by complete core defragmentation. Now look, it's not quite that easy. But it's not quite that complicated either. And don't get too embarrassed, porn pop ups can come from everything from websites that you've visited to spam email. Of course one of the ways to avoid porn pop ups is to stay off the porn sites. But that's not always a hundred percent guarantee that things won't come popping up from your email spam or from random websites that you visited. So first, let's go through the steps of getting rid of these things off of your computer and then we'll show you how to do it on your browser. First of all you need to remove all malicious software. Go into your add remove programs and if you see programs that you don't recognize, a good chance that they're not what you want. Also remove spy ware and ad ware. Second, use an anti virus program. There are many good ones out there. There are also several free ones like AVG and many others. Next remove all temporary Internet files off of your computer. Now this is different in different browsers. In some like Firefox you need to go to tools and delete private data. Basically what you're looking for regardless of the browser is to delete your browsing history, temporary Internet files and the Cookies. We'll open Internet Explorer and go up to the menu bar and select tools. The first option we see is delete browsing history. You'll want to select that. That's going to bring up a dialog box that allows you to delete temporary Internet files, cookies, history, form data and password. I would recommend deleting the first three. Let's delete your temporary Internet files by clicking delete files. Next let's delete cookies. Are you sure you want to delete cookies? Yes, we're sure. Lastly, let's delete history. Next let's go to Firefox. Now we'll go to the menu bar and select tools, clear private data. Here you have several options of what to delete. I recommend deleting browsing history, cache, cookies and authenticated sessions. Then simply click, clear private data now. This may take just a moment and when the dialog box disappears you should have cleared most of the porn pop ups off of your computer. At this point you can either close the program and go back to what you were doing or continue surfing. I also recommend as a final caution, go ahead and restart your computer from the beginning. O.k., now don't take my word for it. Do a little research, look on the Internet, talk to your friends, but most of all, read the flippen manual."
