"Did you know that cider vinegar is used for may things in and around the house from cleaning to health? Hi I'm Lauren Roy from Sugar Hollow Farm in Phillipson, Massachusetts and I'm going to talk to you and how you how to use cider vinegar to kill bacteria in acne. Now you can use it as an astringent. You might want to thin it out with a cotton ball and just use it as an astringent and just wipe off you face but you can also use it internally, just take a couple of tablespoons and if you want to add some honey to it you can do that as well, it doesn't taste that bad, and drink it down every day. It works by changing the ph in your stomach which also helps balance your hormones and that helps clean up the acne. So you can drink this every day. It's not going to hurt you. You can put honey in it because honey also has antibacterial properties to it and it will help take kind of the tartness away from the apple cider vinegar and you should see your face clear up. This is Lauren Roy with Sugar Hollow Farm in Phillipson, Massachusetts."
