"I'm Lauren Roy for Sugar Hollow Farms in Phillipston, Mass. Calloused feet are not very pretty, and we can't unsnap them. So I'm going to show you a couple of natural ways to get your piggy toes nice and soft and very pretty. First thing you're going to do is soak your feet in a nice warm foot bath. If you're having some fungal issues you can add something like powder coty to the water and let it steep for ten minutes before soaking your feet for about fifteen minutes. Then you can take an abrasive and depending on how calloused your feet are you can use a sea salt for heavy callouses or something a little more gentle like baking soda and rub it all over where the callouses are. And then you can rinse your feet. Once you've rinsed your feet and dried them well, you can take a nice, relaxing oil like Relax that's made with lavender and bergamot and langlang, all of nice relaxation properties of these essential oils. And rub that into your feet, that will bring a lot of blood to the foot and help all that healing. Once you have healed your feet and you have rubbed them and given yourself a nice foot massage, follow up with a nice pair of white cotton socks and go to bed. When you wake up in the morning you will have beautiful soft feet, and remember to try not to wear nylon socks, wear cotton socks, even if you have to wear colored socks, because the cotton allows your feet to breathe.
