"Hi, I'm Jason Ketchmark from the MySpace4 Musicians.com, and I'm going to show you how to customize your MySpace page and make it look a bit more professional. We're going to start with the basics. Let's log into MySpace, and if you don't already have a MySpace account, it's very easy to sign up. Okay, we're at MySpace right now. Now, I already have a MySpace account, but like I said, if you don't have one, you can easily click on sign up. You fill in your e-mail address, you choose your password. It takes about thirty seconds, very quick. Now, I'm going to log into my account. It's going to take me right into my control panel, also known as the home page on MySpace. And starting with the basics, we're going to add a link to the MySpace profile. So I'm going to click on Add a Profile, and go to the About section. Now, MySpace has a few sections About, I Like to Meet, General, and so on. But you could add this into any one of the sections. So starting with Adding a Link, you could do this in HTML, or there's a lot of web sites that you can go to that does this for you. Now, I've added the HTML in here, and to kind of explain this a little bit, you start with a carrot, and then you put an A, which stands for a link, and you put a HREF equals, and you put the URL of the site you want to go to. Now one thing you want to make sure to put is, before the www, and http, colon, slash, slash. And the reason why is because MySpace will actually remove any links that doesn't have this. And this is basically how you add a link. Now if you don't know HTML, not a problem. You can go to one of those web sites, go in Google, search, you know, how to add a link on my MySpace profile. You're going to have hundreds if not thousands of web sites that pop up that show you how to do this. And you can do it in a couple clicks. And that's how you add a link to your MySpace profile. I'm Jason Ketchmark from the MySpace4Musicians."
