"Hi. I'm John with expertvillage.com and today we have changed our spark plugs on our car here. Now, one thing, one problem I think with our ignition system, one of the main problems is our spark plugs and many problems can come from that. We need to make sure we have the right heat range of a spark plug depending on what kind of car we have and also we need to make sure that there's no misfiring and it's just the right set of spark plugs. Now, if there are any other problems after this with your ignition system and you know you did get the spark pugs right, which we have, other places you can tell that there's a problem are our spark plug wires. Now what goes from the battery to the coils to the distributor, then the distributor takes that to every single one of these. What can happen is the wire in here, it's not insulated properly so when it's coming up around, it can jump to the other one, therefore, causing a misfire. So, you want to make sure that our spark plug wires are insulated properly. You may need to replace them."
