"Hi, I'm John with ExpertVillage.com and today I'm going to show you how easy it is to change your spark plugs. Now before we even remove the spark plug wire and get in there and take it out, we've got to have the right tools. We've got that. First we'll also want to make sure the engine is cooled down and it's cleaned off. You don't want stuff falling in there, and you don't want to get burned. So just clean it and wait. We've done that, now we need to get the tools. One thing you'll need is a ratchet, a socket that fits on the end of this one. In this case, it's a five-eighths, and that's about a sixteen millimeter. And we need to have an extension to get deep inside there. Let's put it all together. Now notice this socket is made for spark plug, taking out spark plugs. It's different, it's got like some foam inside to grab the spark plugs. So when you push on it, you can pull it out. See inside there? It fits right in. So it's made for spark plugs."
