"Hi, this is Rich Riccoli here in New York City, and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to stuff a tomato. This tastes amazing, we just tried it. What I like to do is put my tomatoes right in the pan we're using. I'm only doing four today. This mixture is probably going to make more than four so just save them. Get some more tomatoes and make more and more of these. So what you want to do before you even put these down, I shouldn't even put them down, is just give it a quick spray with some non-stick spray in the middle. That should be fine. Remember folks you've got to watch these. They will melt and cook down to nothing and fall apart. Don't want that to happen. The mixture I'm putting in is already warm. So I'm going to stuff them just like so. Look you can even see the smoke still. All we're trying to do is just get the outside of the tomato a little bit warm or hot just to get a little bit softer in texture and it makes it that much easier to eat."
