"Hi, this is Rich Bucoli, here in New York City, and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to stuff a tomato. Alright, I have my garlic to the consistency, nice and fine. I'm just going to transfer it to this little bowl. I'm going to get ready for our onion now. Use a small to medium size onion. Don't go with those big ones. Nice yellow onion. Just going to cut the back and the front off of it. And if you just cut it in half, you can see it's easier to remove that layer of skin. Alright, so just going to get that layer of skin off. Sometimes you might even want to get the top layer as well. You got to remove that layer of skin as well. And chopping your onion, same as our garlic; you're going to get it to the consistency you want. Just make sure you don't have any of the leaves on your cutting board, just pull them to the side. You're just going to slice nice and thin. Let's get that cleaned up. Following the lines of the onion, cut one way, and then turn your onion and then just cut the other way. And don't worry if the pieces are too big because, again, the same technique for cutting our garlic, we're going to use to cut our onion. By putting our point, we're going to just work our blade up and down and chop it to the consistency that we're looking for. So keep chopping your onion. We come back, we'll start saut?ing them and getting everything ready. Oh wait, we still got to bring in our zucchini! Gonna grate up a zucchini next. Come back. We're making stuffed tomatoes here on Expert Village."
