"Hello, my name is Carlos Davila, and I'm a personal trainer in New York City. In this clip we're going to focus on an outdoor agility drill that you can do without necessarily having any cones or other type of equipment. So, once again using Central Park as our playground, we can use these two trees, couple of water bottles, and you can create a T-drill. So, as you can see using the two trees and the water bottle and the Gatorade bottle as the top of the T, and from this bottle to the water bottle as the middle part of the T, we can do a really quick agility drill. So, we're going to do T-drill, with a T-drill you're focusing on lateral movement, backward movement and explosive forward movement. So, you're going to start at the top of the T, lateral to the side, come all the way back across, come back to the middle, once you get to the middle, quickly into your back pedal, once you get from the back pedal, quickly back to the front, and there's your T- drill. No cones, no fuss, no muss. All you need is a couple of trees that are equally distant apart, and a couple of water bottles and you've got your T-drill, and you're able to focus on explosive movements and different planes of motion. This is Carlos Davila, personal trainer in New York City."
