In Internet Explorer click on tools in the menu bar, scroll down and select internet options. Make sure the general tab is selected, and in the temporary internet files box click on delete files. When you're prompted click okay. And often times this process takes several seconds, sometimes up to a minute. When you're done click okay. In Firefox click on tools in the menu bar, scroll down, and select clear private data from the list. And then simply uncheck any box that's currently checked, and make sure the cache is checked, and then select clear private data now. You've just learned how to clear a browsers cache on a PC.
