"My name is Philip Beningoso. I'm an investment professional and I'm going to discussing how to invest in voting share stock. Now there's a variety of way, and this is sort of a misnomer about voting share stock. Ownership of the company with the "common stock". That is where you actually physically own a small piece of the company. But there are many other types of investments out there that can be changed into common stock. One of them being preferred stock or convertible preferred stock. You can reap the benefits of the dividends that they pay. Preferred stock is usually known for higher dividend pay. Yet, over a period of time, when it becomes beneficial the preferred stock may have the right to be converted at a certain price say, ten dollars a share when the stock is currently trading at five. Once it reaches higher than ten dollars a share it's a benefit. It can go to fifteen dollars a share but you can convert it at ten and that way it benefits you. There are also warrants that are very similar. Warrants are a right to be able to buy the share of stock at a certain price. This is something that you can research a little further on the internet and get some good information about. Any information provided here for informational purposes only and should not be considered an individualized recommendation or personalized investment advice. Any investments or strategies mentioned here may not be suitable for everyone. My name is Philip Beningoso and I'm an investment professional."
