"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas, and I'm with mywigglesandgiggles.com, and I'm going to share with you how to freeze breast milk. First you want to start out with your supplies and make sure you have plenty of little baggies. Usually you can buy them in bulk at the store and they're just small cylinder shaped plastic bags that are freezer safe. And you definitely want to label all your breast milk the day that you pump it, so once you've pumped your milk and you have them in your container I would pour them into the bag and get an even larger Ziploc bag to store them all in. Find a special place and make sure that you date the exact day that they're there. Usually breast milk can last a few months in the freezer. So when you start to defrost your milk, make sure that you use your oldest milk first, so you can just take it out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator in a safe place, maybe in a bowl. Anywhere from twelve to twenty-four hours the day before, and that's the best way to freeze your breast milk."
