"Hi, I'm Veronica Baragas with MyWiggleandGiggles.com, and I want to show you how to help relieve a baby with gas. I think the first step is to realize where the gas is coming from. It can be a number of things. It can be a undeveloped digestive system, it could be food that you're feeding that's you know, gas provoking, or you can get air bubbles in the stomach. So, just kind of taking notes of what you're babies taking, and when the gas does occur also helps a lot. When you're feeding your baby, you definitely want to do burbs in between, so whether, you know, it's after a few ounces, or if your babies OK to take the full bottle, you definitely want to do some burping. Also, you could lay your stomach, I mean, I'm sorry, lay your baby flat on the ground or on your knees, and kind of do a light pat on her stomach with applying some pressure to kind of help the gas come through. There's also different forms of gas drops that you can look in to. I would recommend consulting with your doctor first before getting in to any of those. So, basically if it's more than that, I would suggest calling your doctor anyways. But, usually some burping, some slight pressure on the stomach, and just kind of watching their diet. Especially if you're breast feeding, I would definitely recommend watching the things that you intake as well, because that could also cause gas in the babies tummy. And then when you're also feeding, make sure you get proper bottles that could help upright to cause less air bubbles in their stomach. So, you know, there's a few things that you could try to do before consulting a doctor, which usually, nine times out of ten, helps with it, so that's what I would do to help a baby with gas."
