"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas, and I'm with my wigglesandgiggles.com, and I'm going to share with you, how to pay a baby sitter. Now we all know that it can be a little touchy when it comes to paying someone for watching your baby. Don't worry, babysitters are use to accepting money all the time, so what I would do is definitely set up a pay, arrangement before she even starts to babysit. Determine how much you're going to pay, how long you're going to be gone, and what they should be expecting. Most of the time I really appreciate when the parents don't have to come home and ask, how much do I owe you, you know how long you were gone for, you know how much you have to pay them, so it makes it a little uncomfortable when the babysitter has to tell you, well personally speaking, you know, you owe me, X amount of dollars. So to be a great parent, and have your babysitter come back for more, I would definitely have the money ready and calmly give it to them whenever you walk into the door, and go through your, what happened for the night. But definitely just be ready, and almost 9 times out of 10, I think we most likely like to accept cash, so make sure you have enough cash to pay them, no IOU's, because that's not the- those are the worst, so definitely use cash, and make sure that you just don't have to ask them, you just automatically have to give them some money. So those are the steps I would take to pay a babysitter."
